Montreal Metro Fares: Prices, Zones and Passes
A single trip in zone A — which covers the whole island of Montreal — costs $3.75. Fares are set by the ARTM and are the same on the Metro, the bus and the REM.

Zones
The network is split into four fare zones, A to D. Zone A is the island of Montreal; B, C and D reach Laval, Longueuil and the outer suburbs. You pay for the zones you cross, not for the operator you use.
